昨天有同学表示这样的学习形式不错，也希望可以多一些这样的英语短语姿势。对此，我要感谢大家的肯定。其次，我想说的就是，应大家所想，今天依旧会为大家同享一些实用的英语短语。

在开始之前请允许我问壹个问题，「out of breath」到底是啥子意思？

大家都了解“out of”有“从...中；在……之外；由于；缺乏/脱离/没有”等意思，那么当它和表示“呼吸”的“breath”一起用时，取的是其“缺乏”的含义。所以“out of breath”的肯定和“缺乏/脱离 空气”有关。

当空气缺乏时人的第一生理反应是啥子？那当然是“喘不过气”啦。所以在英语中，“out of breath”指的就是“喘不过气”。

而在“out of”开头的组合中，取其“缺乏，脱离”含义的还有许多，比如：

out of practice 久不练习，荒疏（缺乏练习）

out of touch 不联系，不接触（缺乏联系）

out of control 失去控制（脱离控制）

out of date 过时的（脱离时代）

当然，“out of”的意思远不止“缺乏”一种，所以它还可以有许多组合，比如下面的这些：

out of doors 在户外

out of order 出故障的

out of place 不适当的

out of sight 看不见，在视野外

out of the question 毫无也许的
